ESME (Emergency Services Message Entity)

ESME (Emergency Services Message Entity) routes and processes the out-of-band messages related to emergency calls. This may be incorporated into selective routers (also known as Routing, Bridging and Transfer switches) and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) database engines.
